Shipping Policy

Shipping Days

We ship Monday to Thursday via Royal Mail.
Friday, Saturday, Sunday? That’s nap time—for our invertebrates… and us.

Order Processing (a.k.a. Life Happens)

Monday & Tuesday:
Orders placed on these days are delayed by 24 hours because our human overlords have jobs, families, and occasionally need a break.
Next-day delivery still applies… in theory.

Wednesday & Thursday:
Orders placed before 8 AM might leave the same day.
After 8 AM? We’ll try… but we can’t promise the spiders won’t have a snack first.

Live Arrival Guarantee

If your critters arrive DOA (RIP little legends), we’ll either:

  • Replace them
  • Give you store credit
  • Refund you, including delivery fees

Important:
You must notify us within 12 hours of delivery, or your claim turns into a pumpkin.

Photos or videos help us investigate—think of it like your pets’ passport photo.

Shipping Responsibility (Don’t Skip This Bit 👀)

Choosing the correct shipping option is your responsibility.

If you’re ordering live invertebrates and dry goods together, please select the correct postage at checkout.
If the wrong option is selected, your order will be delayed while we sort it out—our critters deserve the right travel arrangements.

Returns & Delivery Issues

  • We do not accept returns on live invertebrates.
  • Our Live Arrival Guarantee does not cover:
    • Missed deliveries
    • Items held at or delayed by Royal Mail
    • Incorrect shipping selections at checkout

Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery on the first attempt.

Terms & Conditions (a.k.a. Legal Stuff, but Fun)

  • Our website, content, and cute critter pics are ours only. No stealing, copying, or reselling—even in Minecraft.
  • Prices are final unless we say otherwise. All payments and delivery charges are your responsibility.
  • We may refuse or delay orders if it means keeping our invertebrates happy and healthy. They have feelings too.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number.
Think of it as a game of “Where’s Waldo?”—but with insects, spiders, and other invertebrates.
