Invertopia Live Arrival Guarantee – Key Points

  1. Scope of Guarantee
    • Applies only to livestock shipped via Royal Mail Next Day Delivery.
    • Other shipping methods are not covered.
  2. Customer Action if Problem Occurs
    • Contact invertopia immediately if:
      • Parcel does not arrive.
      • Parcel arrives damaged.
      • Parcel does not meet an acceptable standard.
    • Include photographs of the delivered parcel to support the investigation.
  3. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Livestock Policy
    • Options for customers if livestock arrives dead:
      1. Replacement of livestock.
      2. Customer credit equal to the original purchase value.
      3. Full refund, including delivery charges.
    • Notification must be within 12 hours of delivery; otherwise, claims are void.
    • invertopia may request:
      • Photographic or video evidence of livestock with original packaging.
      • Return of livestock at the customer’s expense, even if evidence is provided.
  4. Situations Where the Guarantee is Void
    • Customer fails to receive, sign, or accept delivery.
    • Issues caused by the customer (e.g., wrong address, not making reasonable efforts to accept delivery).
    • Delivery problems caused entirely by Royal Mail.
