Dead on Arrival (DOA) Livestock Policy
- Options for customers if livestock arrives dead:
- Replacement of livestock.
- Customer credit equal to the original purchase value.
- Full refund, including delivery charges.
- Notification must be within 12 hours of delivery; otherwise, claims are void.
- invertopia may request:
- Photographic or video evidence of livestock with original packaging.
- Return of livestock at the customer’s expense, even if evidence is provided.

- Customer fails to receive, sign, or accept delivery.
- Issues caused by the customer (e.g., wrong address, not making reasonable efforts to accept delivery).
- Delivery problems caused entirely by Royal Mail.
